Lyons Advantage

Lyons Advantage were engaged as the contract superintendent and quantity surveyor representing [a client] to construct four, two bedroom villas for seniors living. Throughout the development, communication, cooperation and collaboration were three key areas of success for the organisation which led to the successful completion of the development within budget. Wright Building and Construction has a solutions‐based attitude on site and was able to resolve and overcome site issues effectively throughout the development. Wright Building and Construction skill set was well suited to this style of development.
