This client was looking for a place they could live in for a while, but their longer term view was to rent the property. They already had one rental property in Newcastle under their belt; this would add to their property investment portfolio.

People aren’t always sure when they should come to us. Do I need to have a plan before I get a quote? Do you have plans I can choose from?

We’re flexible, and can help people make their dream a reality, let you choose and modify our plans or bring your own. With the long term vision to rent, this homeowner decided to build off the plan.
